At HMC, we believe that crime and problem property issues are best addressed by groups of neighbors who work together and with appropriate City agencies. If you have a crime concern or a problem property in your area, HMC will help connect you to a block club or help you form one to address the issue. Our Community Building Committee also serves as a liaison between residents and the St. Paul Police Department.
Download and print the attached Hamline Midway Crime Prevention Numbers and Resources flyer to keep by your phone. You may also download our Residential Burglary Prevention Checklist half-sheet flier and distribute it to neighbors. Come to HMC's office to obtain copies of this document.
